Time spent in nature and with friends is good for our Mental Health and well-being. Remember to physically distance, even when outside, with non-family members.
Take the time to get to know others, express gratitude and compassion for others, as you walk in their shoes. We all play a part in the health and well-being of each other.

Our school’s Healthy Schools Committee is running a fundraising campaign called “Fresh from the Farm”.
This campaign allows families to order fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers for a reduced cost. The campaign is organized by the Dietitians of Canada and is growing in popularity across the GTA.
